1. Order Processing

  • All custom acrylic products are made to order.
  • Production time is typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Once shipped, a tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer two main shipping methods: Express Air Shipping and Economical Sea Freight.

A. Express Air Shipping (For urgent or small-volume orders)

B. Sea Shipping (For bulk or heavy orders)

  • Sea freight is more economical for large or pallet-sized shipments.
  • Estimated delivery time: 25–45 days, depending on your location and port congestion.
  • We ship to most major international seaports.
  • Customers may be required to assist with customs clearance and final delivery logistics.

Note: Sea shipping rates vary based on destination port, volume (CBM), and incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF). Contact us for a custom shipping quote.


3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
  • For sea shipments, you may be required to coordinate with a local freight forwarder or customs broker.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted logistics partners:

  • Air Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS
  • Sea Freight: COSCO, MSC, Maersk, or other reputable freight forwarders

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and documentation of damage, if applicable.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

7. Sea Freight Tips & Notes

  • Best suited for: Bulk orders, large acrylic displays, furniture, or heavy custom items.
  • If you have a freight forwarder, we can ship directly to their warehouse in China.
  • For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options, please contact us directly.
